When friends and family ask me what I did in Hong Kong, I find myself being a little shy saying that I focused mostly on meeting boys that I found via gay social apps. Did I go to Victoria Peak? No… Did I go to the Big Buddha? No… but I did meet some really nice, handsome gentlemen.

Alex (picture above and below) was my absolute favorite. I remember going down to the lobby to get him. I saw him sitting on the sofa looking at his phone, and I thought, WOW… WOW… WOW… He was wearing very form fitting gym clothes that made his bulging muscles look so incredibly irresistible. He suddenly looked up at me and we quickly walked to the elevator and went up to my room.

As we entered the room, I was in a state of amazement and wonder as he laid down on the bed. I spent some time just looking at him. He seemed like a beautiful flower that I didn’t want to mess up. I noticed he was wearing a Cartier Love Collection bracelet. Usually when someone wears one of those, it’s a gift from their partner so I asked him, “Did your partner give that to you?” He said, “No. I got it for myself.”

I love Cartier jewelry — well actually just the Love Collection, because of the story behind it. One partner will give the bracelet to the other and lock it on their wrist, while the other keeps the pendant key around their neck. It’s supposed to ensure their fidelity towards each other. How romantic, right? The fact that Alex was wearing that bracelet was like a delicious cherry on top that made me desire him even more. It was as if he belonged to someone else — yet I was so lucky as to have him just this once.

We had a very magical, memorable time… Shortly after however, he ran to the shower — much to my disappointment, as I would have liked to have spent more time together. He got out of the shower, dried off, got dressed and said he had to go. And that was the end of it.

Another of Alex’s profile pictures. I still haven’t figured out what is the “shenzeqi001.” I thought it was his Instagram, but it’s not.
